This will be a recurring event to help our apprentices prepare for moving up in their respective fields into leadership roles.

Participants:
o Dispatched to job as a 5 , 6 , 7 or 8 Period Apprentice o Must be enrolled in the Vacation Opt-In Program
o Must have the Galaxy Digital and SWCarpenters App
o Must be current with SWCTF class schedule
o Must have worked 1200 + hrs in the previous year
o Must complete the COVID-19 online assessment
